I ha...Hi thanks for answering the pancake question. I have noticed that there is a fine balance with my output. If I eat rice once a week that helps but more then that I have a problem. I too hate to not have output. I have been on a huge salad quick lately and that probably is part of my problem. I am just glad to read your posts because there are so many things I thought just I felt and I am glad to know other people feel the same way. I usually change my bag every morning after I shower. That is when my skin is the best. This works for me. I also don't use glue anymore becasue that breaks my skin down.
